The original home for Benedictine College (“BC”), a military high school, this project restored the campus buildings to their former glory, now housing a K-8 Parochial school. The project won an award from Historic Savannah Foundation for Outstanding Rehabilitation, and helped spark a neighborhood renaissance.

 

Phase I included gymnasium and mezzanine, kitchen, restrooms, meeting rooms, classrooms and offices. Phase II improvements include classrooms, administrative offices, teacher’s lounge, work room and library. The completed project forms a cornerstone for the redevelopment of the Bull Street corridor.
