Named after the god mother of Savannah’s Historic Preservation, the Alida Hotel is a $60 Million new full-service Marriott Hotel on one of the four corners of the National Historic Landmark District. This project included the Public-Private Partnership to build the Montgomery Street Monumental Stairway— making a pedestrian connection from River Street to Montgomery Street.
