This is Savannah's Street Car Historic Neighborhood District's newest addition. The Drayton Street Workforce Housing Development is planned to be located at the heart of the Thomas Square Community. It consists of 42 apartment units that are carefully designed to complement the surrounding historic fabric of the community while providing a contemporary modern day aesthetic to meet today's modern workforce needs.
